Hi everyone,

As you all know we recently lost our beloved Pat. She was one of a kind and as a family we are all still coming to terms with such a devastating loss.

We hope you can join us to celebrate her life, the details for that are listed on this page.

We will be providing the flowers at the funeral so we ask that if anyone would like to pay tribute to Pat, a donation to St Luke's Hospice would be greatly appreciated however by no means expected.
